ComfortSite differs from www.trane.com, due to the fact that it is targeted to assisting the dealer rather than the end consumer. On ComfortSite, you will have access to all of the following features:

- A Training Center with information on more than 40 NATE recognized training programs for your continuing education
- The Financial Center has all the necessary documents for consumer financing

The Trane Home Depot HVAC Installation Program combines two of America's most trusted companies to create thousands of leads for its dealers. Each year, independent dealers qualify for Trane Comfort Specialist status by meeting Trane's stringent standards and demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuing education. 1% Discount on consumer financing credit terms.
TCS Logo is the key identity of a Comfort Specialist, which you will have the opportunity to showcase on vehicles, uniforms, business cards, system proposals, and service agreements to distinguish yourself from other Trane dealers.
Discounts on Ford vehicles, General Motors vehicles, Sprint/Nextel cell phone services, and M.A.R.S. Workwear.
Trane Dealer Locator allows TCS dealers to be listed under 1 primary zip code and up to 7 additional zip codes searchable on www.trane.com, a directory for consumers to help find Trane dealers in their area.
Direct Mail Program allows a postcard to be mailed directly to your customer's neighbors each time you fill out a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer Website that you can customize for your dealership and link to the Dealer Locator on www.trane.com.
SMART Program allows TCS dealers to track leads and run reports for every call that comes from the Trane Dealer Locator. This program also lets TCS dealers record each of these incoming calls for training purposes.
Trane Comfort Specialist program requirements:
Customer Satisfaction Survey Participation is required to be completed by 100% of customers immediately following the work performed and TCS dealers must maintain 90% customer satisfaction.
Continuing Education is required for sales, application, service, and installation representatives at least 8 hours annually.
Distributer Requirements are also set forth specifically by The Star Supply Company.
